At Humocase, your order’s safety is our priority. That’s why we offer Route Package Protection—a premium shipping insurance that protects your order from loss, theft, or damage in transit.
What Is Route Protection?
Route is a third-party service that allows you to insure your shipment during checkout for a small additional fee. If your package gets lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, Route makes it easy to file a claim and get a replacement or refund quickly.
What’s Covered
✔ Lost Packages – If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days (domestic) or 20+ days (international)
✔ Stolen Packages – If your package is marked “delivered” but you never received it
✔ Damaged Items – If your items arrive broken, defective, or unusable
How to File a Claim
Filing a claim with Route is quick and easy:
Go to the Route Claims Portal
Enter your email and order number
Follow the prompts to submit your claim
Most claims are resolved within 24–48 hours.
Important Notes
Claims must be filed within 15 days of the delivery date for stolen packages and 30 days for lost or damaged items.
If Route Protection is not added at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
